Just been driving through my local village.
At the top of the bank there's a camera van parked outside the pub. Because of the van being in the way a delivery wagon dropping off beer at the pub cant get parked.
So the delivery wagons parked next to the camera van blocking off one side of the road forcing you to overtake.
If the camera van wasn't there in the 1st place no one would need to overtake and potentially risk going over 30 in the first place.
