just wondering how accurate the Wii fit board is when determining your weight. used it on a flat wooden floor in the bedroom and if i am the weight it states i will be over the moon. does the accuracy get worse the heavier you are. says on the box that it will do up to 150 kg, not that i am anywhere near that of course.

I had a go on one on Friday and it said I was overweight with a BMI of 25.
That compares with my doctors report last week that said I had a BMI of 21 and was the ideal weight.

Wii borad is not accurate. Not sure about the weight, but in age thingy, it really annoyed me
my 25 year old mate was 42, and I was 52 according to the stupid Wii. It was really insulting in front of so many friends
Ok, they know that I always deduct two-three years of my real age, but why add about 15 to it??
Sinky, you want real weight, get it done at the gym on their special machines. I got everything done (BMI with fat count etc.) at my gym about a month ago for a quid. Calculation was not very healthy, even when I don't look unhealthy. I am doing whatever I can to correct it.

Ours is very accurate. It was accurate in the fact that my wife and daughter NEEDED a Wii fit board apparently more than fresh air.
Its also very accurate at collecting dust as it hasn't moved in months!

Seriously thanks for the replies guys
@Swati - don't feel to bad about it sweetie, why are women so obsessed with their looks (not saying that you are). Saw a red carpet photoshhot in Belfast this morning. whole nine yards, carpets, aston martin etc etc. the model looked emaciated and painfully thin and it was fookin freezin here this morning. give me a girl with a few curves anytime.
