Healthy breakfast or..... ?
Now are you kind of person who likes nothing better than a nice bowl of something healthy in the morning ?
Maybe like this :
Or do you like something slightly more substantial ?
I think I have found just the right place for you
Mario's Cafe in West Houghton (Bolton) do a big breakfast for £10.
Eat it all in 20 mins with no drink to wash it down with and you get it for
free
It's 10 eggs,10 bacon rashers, 10 sausages, 10 toast, 5 black puddings,
tomatoes, beans and mushrooms. No Chips !!!
To be honest i'm disappointed about there being no chips but i'm sure a side
order of a chip butty could be included

Owner and head chef Mario Frappola gives customers just 20 minutes to wolf down his calorie-packed meal and does not even allow them a cup of tea..
The breakfast packs in 5,000 calories — nearly twice the recommended daily intake for an average man..
A spokesman for the British Heart Foundation said: “Eating this amount in one sitting is not a good idea.”.
But despite the obvious health risks, the 52-year-old chef insists it is all just a bit of fun..
He said: “I don’t think anyone will ever eat the full breakfast. It started out as a joke, but now four people have tried it. No-one has come anywhere close yet, not even half way..
“I would be very happy if someone finished my breakfast but I don’t think it will ever happen.”.

For more healthy meals, have a look here: SupersizedMeals.com - Foodstuffs of Epic Proportions where that breakfast is quite highly listed!

I expect you wouldnt enjoy it after a while, eating when you arent hungry for the sake of it is horrible, however, nothing better than a nice big English breakfast when you have earned it and are properly hungry, cycling means that I get hungry, I enjoy my food more than I did.
I suspect a lot of peoples problems are due to the fact they eat like that despite not being all that hungry, imagine the indegestion from that lot ?

Bob - you fancy a MTB RIDE over there at some point and have a go at it?
Only 20 miles each way so we can earn it and appease Jacko

Not being allowed a drink is such a ridiculous stipulation. It's so typically British! In America they have eating challenges like this but generally allow a reasonable time to complete the challenge and drink to be consumed. The vast majority of people still fail and so they make good profit.
I'd never attempt that breakfast as I'd hate eating that much food without fluid and in 20 minutes you'd just make yourself super-ill. Unlimited drinks and a 45 min timer is more realistic and I'd still bet that 95%+ of the people attempting it would fail.
Lol at British business sense.

I don't drink while I eat so I'd be fine, do you think if I asked they would throw an extra sausage and a couple of slices of fried bread in?
