I'd have to vote no, as I don't think he is a ****. My reasoning being that a **** is actually useful for something, and thus if he is a **** then it would indicate he is useful for something, which he is not

I'd have to say no.
Out of his depth; handed over and now in charge of a broken train set from the real cvunt and never had a chance.
He's just a victim of circumstance and isn't very likeable IMO. No PM in his position now would be a favourite.

Funny how one minuet people say he has no influence in the world and its all spin, then the next minuet he's the course of a world recession.
I don't like the guy but blaming everything on one man even the pm is just letting the real culprits off...personally I think a lot of blame also has to go to those who don't seam to be able to subtract from there wages very well.
