Britains got talent
Errr Nick hell, he does lots of things to try and be scarey?? I think the most shocking thing he has done is that little troll he says he is gonna marry I haven't been able to watch his act properly without laughing at the little ompa lumpa

setup.there was another act where the backing tracks wiped out the
singer.
That said, once she got past the first few bars, she opened out, and came through, Clearly she suits more powerful/ orchestral songs.
The best two went through tho.

Certainly improved a little the louder she got later on but I still didn't rate it in relation to the hysteria accrued in recent weeks.

Susan Boyle should be sponsored by Gillette or something.
I reckon Cowell must be concerned that she's a little too loony to be moulded into a one hit album seller for him. Looked really good when they dragged the 10 year old off before she started bawling........ "It just don't make good tv!".......
Its "News of the World" tv for a "News of the World" nation sponsored by a Pizza company. Yeah that sounds about right. When Wayne, Tracey and the kids Wayne Junior and Kassie Princess have enjoyed their Deep pan, they can always stuff their faces with the ice creams whilst they wait for the result.......
The only thing that I really noticed about this show is just how Amanda Holden has managed to **** up her face with a botched up lip job.
The only "talent" I saw was the belly dancer She would def get my vote

She's a complete and utter ****!
Good voice, but nothing deserving of the fame she has now. What has got her there is the fact that it's so unexpected. It's one of those talent show 'stories', and that has become more important than the talent.
There will be plenty of average - fairly good looking Scottish women who can sing like that.
She's not as innocent as they make out either.

Every time i watch this i can't help but think its rigged. How can the 'judges' spend a whole day selecting the top acts to do a semi-final and end up with the likes of 'darth vader' and a 'flower arranger'.....
Most of the acts are semi pro anyway, so i wonder if the semi line up is based on the diaries and contractural obligations in the future as opposed to talent.
That said, i did like diversity - but i was hoping for a protest vote

Susan Boyle is fine for the pub circuit but if you put her up against a trained singer - say a Katheryn Jenkins who also does pop - then she would stand out like a donkey in the Derby
Yeah the dance band were smashing but please no more cute kids. There is no polite comment that covers the ugly prat swinging dustbins from his nostrils or the ******** in a mask.
I liked the cool guy who played the saxophone. Did he make the semis?

I don't find Susan Boyle likable at all, plus she started off horribly on Sunday.
I though Diversity were brill (and I don't normally like dance acts). I also found Faces of Disco quite amusing. I'd have put those two through.

Yes, the cool guy has got through, he should be on again soon.
It's going to be really hard to decide between Flawless, Diversity and Aiden. All three are outstanding

I think that old bloke breakdancer made it into the semis - WTF
As a person, i say good on him - old bloke who can keep himself fit and all that - but as a talented break dancer, what is he in the semis for.......
And all of these are supposed to have got passed an audition stage before they even got on TV.
The whole thing for me is just a big set-up. It wouldn't surprise me that the phone poll is rigged - some sort of small print in the terms and conditions which states that "your vote may not be counted" and hence they can rig the entire thing.
Look at Faryl last year. 12 year old really good singer and she was put onto the show as if her parents heard her sing in her bedroom and thought 'lets see what happens on this talent show'. Its just bollox. She would be in singing clubs and would have been spotted from a very early age as being very good and would have a massive career potential. Then probably put on BGT to launch her career, the fact she didn't win is not important.
Same with Paul Potts. Made out that he was a mobile phone worker who sings as he works and had his arm twisted to go on the show. Turns out he was really well known on the opera circuit and has had coaching from Pavaroti's voice coach.
All smells fishy to me

Was impressed with Diversity - as well as being good dancers, which isnt that rare, they put a lot of thought into the choreography, which puts them above most of the other dancing acts on there. They also really seem to lock into the music well, and are probably one of the best acts on the show.
Susan Boyle was OK, missed the first few notes though, and was off key about half way through - possibly down to nerves or bad monitoring so she couldnt hear herself properly.
Didnt think much of the violinst, dont know why they were raving about her so much - shes at best an average player, the pieces she chose arent that hard for anyone who has a proper classical training, and sorry, but just tossing your head and stamping a few times while playing bland violin music isnt really much of an act ( and there seem to be loads of other attractive young girl quartets doing exactly the same thing at the moment )
Was it only me who thought the belly dancer was a bit crap though ? OK, shes good looking and has a nice pair, but her dancing wasnt really up to much.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about with Susan Boyle, if she wasn't a "little weird" then she would be no different to any other mediocre singer.
It is also in the press today that the 70 year old break dancer guy is now being investigated for fraud because he apparently gets £70 a week on top of his pension, and a free car, for “disability benefit” for having a so called gammy leg!! Lol what a tit.

How come the 70yr old breakdancer, the "I swing bins by my ears and am marrying a Flump" freak , and DJ Talent (to name but three useless idiots) got through - when the very polite kid that played the drums didn't get a look in but I (and I know I'm not alone) thought was FANTASTIC...
It's not a talent show... it's a damn FREAK show!
However none of the above will stop me from watching another car-crash-TV semi-final this evening
