Red face Real Inflation is -10.3%

Real Cost of Living Index (RCLI), stands at minus 10.3pc.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/telegraph...9_1424273a.jpg

"While the official rate of inflation is now 2.2pc on the Government's preferred measure, the CPI, and minus 1.1pc on its old scale, the RPI, it has fallen deeply into negative territory on the most recent Real Cost of Living Index (RCLI), which stands at minus 10.3pc"

I guess Interest Rates will remain very low for a long time then?

Nope. Once the drop in mortgages gets factored out, watch that sucker rise! What is cheaper this year than last?

Petrol? No.
Food. No
Council tax. No.
Clothes. No.

Mortgages? Yes, if you're on a tracker.

Real inflation has not appeared yet. They have not managed to throw away all the money they have borrowed and printed yet!

Once it happens it will be a real worry.

Financially I certainly won't be the last one down the tubes! If you ask him nicely I am sure Pete will help you out there.

Never spent so much on food...

No I'm not eating ALL the pies.

Fuel up yet again.

dunx

P.S. As a non-mortgage holder that hasn't helped me one iota.
