Question How To Get Rid Of Slugs From The Garden?

This year there seems to be just millions of slugs & snails in the garden eating everything (including nibbling at holly bushes!)

Any ideas/proven methods of getting shut of them please???

Call in your local Starbucks and get a couple of bags of used coffee grinds, I believe that annoys them.

Set a few pots into the ground, fill to about an inch with beer. They can't resist it, fall in and drown

My eye is playing me up but I genuinely read this as how to get slags out of the garden and had to do a double take

Time for bed for me I think (although I'll probably be thinking about a garden with slags now)

As every flower we have ever planted has been converted to slug poo we've just bought some blue slug pellets. Thankfully the kids dont like it as much as blue Smarties.

I like the sunken beer solution though - feels more humane. Bit like death in an Ibiza foam party...
