**AVOID** www.performance-clothing.com **AVOID**
DO NOT USE the above company. the service is crap.
i ordered a few subaru items from the website just under FIVE weeks ago. the next day i decided to phone up and just check that the web order had all gone through ok, to which i was told 'yep no problem, all in stock, will be sent out within the next two days'. Lovely i thought. so when i hadnt received anything within the next week, i rang them again. 'oh right ok, we are just waiting for a couple of items that we should have within the next two days'. i never lose my rag on the phone so i went along with it. i then made sure i phoned every two or three days to check as by this time i was aware it wasnt going to come together. lol. i was told many differant stories and have been told on many occasions that they are on there way to me.
i phoned on monday to which i was told ' its all here, and will be sent out this afternoon' hoorayyyy. except, when the postman got here a few minutes ago with just a little bag i knew something was wrong. opened the bag to find only a couple of my items and a note saying ' due to exceptional demand for the remaining product lines, we are unable to supply at present and will despatch them as soon as they become avaliable'.
why didnt they just tell me this to begin with. ? . really winds me up. after being lied to and told so many differant stories, im really peeed off.
just phoned them up yet again, and have been assured that one of the remaning items WILL be here any day now, and that the rest is no longer avaliable. surprise surpirse. why didnt they just tell me to begin with.
a simple little order that has caused so much pissing around. aaaaarrrggghhhh.
