My sister is after a new phone.... which would you recommend...
LG Arena
Nokia N79
Samsung Toco Ultra
Or can you recommend something better.....

Oh the fan boys are out 
i have an N97, it suits me, as i want more than 32Gb of storage.
( However if the G1 had more storage & a 3.5 headphone jack, then that would have been a serious contender)

OK; seeing the topic is about N97, Arena and toco ultra (not ibones, dangleberrys, and N97s)
I've been offered the same phones as part of my contract renewal so have had a quick look at them:
N79; nice features (WLAN, AV output etc), Symbian OS, slim dimensions. But Small screen and coventional layout
LG arena: (assuming its not that huge thing next to the NEC in Birmingham ): Full size touch screen, Slim compared to other touch phones: Cons? LG dubiousness,
Tocco ultra: Clever design; touch screen AND a keypad. Cons? no WiFi
(although the contract I've been offered has unlimited 3G usage, so not the end of the world 
)
Another phone I was offered was the SE c905, but I ruled that out as its a bit of brick, and I'm getting fed up of SE's user interface.
