As title really - just been sent on a wild goose-chase around the 191 service, only to find myself back talking to "Vicky" (after being on hold for 10 minutes)

I thought "Ah! I'll email them."

Wrote the email, pressed send...... only to find that the service doesn't work!! (quote)

I'm only trying to find out something hopefully simple!!!!

Glad they're shut now - I'll have calmed down between now and tomorrow when I que, oops, I mean call again

And I doubt there's any point to this message - but it's giving me the release to vent!!!

I always press the numbers relating to canceling the contract - get through quickly everytime ;-)
