Grrr. Annoyance over very little!
I don't know why i am so annoyed over this but it pissed me off no end. Just dropped my girlfriend off at a friends house and on the way home, i had some turd in a Focus ST stuck to my butt thru a 30mph zone which surprisingly I was doing 30mph in. About 30yards from the end of the 30mph zone which then goes onto National Speed Limit zone he overtakes me and flies down the road then slows down to 50mph so i ended up stuck behind him then we came to a 40mph zone again i slowed down to 40mph and he kept on at 50mph and then finally once the 40mph zone ended into another NSL zone i catch up with him again doing yep you guessed it 50mph
It just bugs the **** out of me that some people have 1 speed for all roads
Secondly if i hadn't been doing 30mph in the first place he would have been caught speeding as their was an unmarked police car near the beginning of the 30mph zone.

There is only one way to deal with this (well the 50 in a 60 zone). Make sure you have a car capable of overtaking the slow mover, as you can usually guarantee the tosser rep in most of these will then drop a cog when they see a mere mortal try overtake them. It's a pride thing JayJay.

You can bet he would have been waiting for you to overtake so he could floor it. I posted about tailgaters on here a week ago or so and someone said slow down loads and move your rearview so you cant see them.
I started to do this and driving has become fun again!!!

My Mrs' corsa club td suffered from those exact symptoms. She's since swapped it for a 306 Dturbo HDI in which she now has great pleasure in overtaking cars; so much so that she even had the arrogance to pass a not-too-slow scooby on the M62 this afternoon with a gleaming smile, although the scoob didn't take it too well and shot off showing her how it's really done.

This sort of thing annoys the hell out of me, and I can't even drive.
He probably deliberately slowed to such a speed once he'd overtaken you, as he felt you had previously held him up, despite you just sticking to the limit.
People who only have one speed though, only seem to **** every other decent motorist off. It's so frustrating, for example, if you've been stuck behind someone in a 60, doing 40, then they proceed to go through the following 30/20 at 40 still. If nothing else, it's just bloody annoying.
Obviously there are people on the roads, who god only knows how they got a license, but I think there are a few at least, who just set out to annoy other people.

I've have some serious bouts of sheer assholeness whilst driving lately. Back a few weeks ago i had a BMW 3 series indicator and then just dive into my lane causing me to swerve into the next lane ourelse she would have been right into the side of me.
As a way of an apology i got flashed at and the middle finger.
my wee Alfa is fast enough to overtake its just not "fast" enough for me to warrant doing it on winding roads.

You should of said id have let you borrow mine lol.One of the most anoying things is tailgating pisses most drivers off.I like to let the ****** get right up my **** if he/she well have to say it's mainly young **** males don't take the hint, then i just blow em away.Makes me laugh sometimes when they happen to catch up behind me because of traffic in front or something, and for some reason they don't wanna play no more, another one bites the dust
