Watched this docu/movie at the weekend:

Love the Beast (2009)

Eric Bana (the ozzie actor) talking about his love of motoring and motorsports - the guy is a proper petrol head and this docu-movie really captured the essence (however I found it a bit on the short side).

But well worth watching if you are, like me, feeling the age of the cars are coming to an end - Jezza talks a bit in this docu-movie and hit the nail on the head, cars get a soul to them after a while, that comes from owning them, modifying them and loving the experience of driving them.

I find it difficult to believe that the public would be prepared to give up the freedom one gets from owning a car.
