Apparently very good bikes, but the prices scare me.
Evans carry stock of them if you wanna go test one outl.

My mate has a Bianchi road bike - seems a good bit of kit & he's happy with it.

In the past Bianchi have supplied bikes for teams in the Tour de France like Liquigas and T-Mobile. The most notable rider I remember seeing on one of their bikes was Jan Ullrich.

Great bikes but better known for their road bikes imho.

They have always made traditional top of the range Italian road bikes(well frames) and have sponsored a number of professional Teams over the years.
The build quality and ride of their road bike frames is first class but you pay for the name and kudos of owning a Bianchi.
Very nice bikes

Bianchi was the Ferrari of the bike world in the 1960-2000. All hand made and bespoke.
Now with early restored models fetching good money.
Post 2000 started the factory models, but still built to a very high standard.
I would hope that it wouldn't break but if a fault should accure the bike would be repaired (properly).
They are the Rolex of the bike world when you've got one you'll start to watch for others.

seems they get the thumbs up then and with a good history as well, so the next question is this, the spec of the bike is below is there anything there that could prove to be a weak link or anything that maybe could be uprated for any reason. i've never heard of the fork maker and a lot of other bikes use fox or rock shox would it be worth changing them?

dpb, you can take the word "probably" out of that sentence.
