Excellent, but not real, obviously.
He would have never stayed on the plastic, and I think more than a couple of buckets of water would have been required for lube...as for the landing.

Slightly longer version here. Looks like it's an advert of MS Office Project 2007, the idea being that he's planned this jump by using Project.
Obviously fake, and given that it's an MS advert, there won't be a problem spending money to create the SFX in it.
