I accidentally (kinda) smeared my wifes ring with gloss paint and it is proving difficult to get rid of it ![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
I have tried using a tweezer to peel it off but that hasn't worked very well.
I don't want to use a blowtorch as it would probably ruin it.
Anyone got any ideas how I can remove gloss paint from it without scratching / burning or stretching it to destruction?

Easy, alcohol wipes. A couple of relatives work in the joinery/finishing trade for the local council contracted companies. They swear by them and so do I. The alcohol in the wipes breakdown the oily gloss and just dispenses it with ease
