Wanted: Second-Hand Airgun?
Hello
Does anyone have an air rifle they would like to sell? My (80 year old!) Father would like to start shooting again (he taught me when I was a child) but all the local papers/ebay etc.. seem not to allow adverts.
I have also asked on airgunbbs, but as they are all enthusiasts the second-hand section contains extremely expensive guns.
Thanks,
Steve

Im contemplating selling my Daystate Mk3 buts its a south paw stock and probably a bit more than your looking to spend.
Deffo worth going for a PCP in my opinion. Air tank is a one off purchase and last for ages for the occasional shooter.

Yell.com the UK's local search engine - search for United Kingdom businesses is your friend. I looked up gun shops/smiths, and found one in my town and two within 20 miles.
Pretty good going for a shopping desert like this

It is now against the law for retailers to send air guns direct to customers. If the OP were to buy from BAR, he would have to arrange for the gun to be sent to a registered firearms dealer of his choice and then collect it from there in person.

It's all because of the VCR Act that the government brought in.
It states that; "You are all children & not to be trusted....You must do as we say & don't bi*ch about it or we will tax you're cars & beer more....All retailers will be forced to obey even though they will lose countless millions in safe legitimate mail order sales...You have been told...obey or we will destroy the law abiding shooters with our PC Brigade"
Thats not word for word but that's the jist of it
