Default any doctors (medical) around tonight?

Guys (and girls), injured my wrist a while back... long story. Since I've been out of plaster I've been using a wrist brace with an aluminium 'splint' that curves up in to the palm of my hand... suspected scaphoid problem.

I need to buy another as this is a bit worn out, but not sure where to get one... or what to ask for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

When I was working at my old job and seeing an occupational therapists for my "limp" wrist, they used to just give me a replacement as and when I needed it. You can get varying stregnths if that makes sense, like double sticthed or more velcro straps etc. I needed a hardwaring one as I consistantly lifting heavy weights at work and they would perish soon.

So I'd say if you have any follow up appointments coming up, ask then. they may at worst show you who their supplier is if you need a few for a prolonged period of time.

No follow-ups as such. I was in plaster for a couple of weeks, but they took it a few weeks ago and booked an MRI, which I had yesterday.

Off on hols on Friday so wanted a new one before that
