Joined here in Nov 08 looking for details as me and my cousin were looking for a scoob for him/track use. Well we found a 97 Uk spec wagon, he ran it daily for a good 4 months but the costs were too much. It has been sitting on his drive and the tax and mot has now ran out. Here's where i stepped in. I've now taken sole custody of the Scoob with the plan being to make it a fun fast road car/poss track use.

My daily is a Flame red 172 (1 of 60 odd)


And my previous attempt at a track day car was a Mk1 with a 1.8 16v engine cage and decent seats.




AS i say recently bought this





Not got many plans but suspension and brakes are a start, then looking at stripping and poss a front mount.
