Anyone been to Berlin?
I'm off there in a couple of weeks on a lads tour, any recommendations on what to do?
Ideally things in the day to try and restrict to much boozing
Any good bar/clubs that people have been to?

Me too! I am still mentally scared and perhaps physically 
Berlin is a culture vulture place. Loads to visit if you want, Check Point Charle, Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Das Bunker, Kurfustendamm, Seigersal, Funkturm, Templehof Airport, Canal and River Boat Tours, Zoo etc etc.
It ain't cheap but it is a bit left field and diverse.

I went to Berlin earlier this year for a few days.
Original Mommsen Eck - Haus der 100 Biere is worth a visit just to decide which beer you want.
You get the U-Bahn or S-Bahn out to Potsdam pretty cheaply / quickly. The Sanssouci Park has a load of different palaces in it and you can get the bus out to the hotel where the Potsdam Conference was held.
Oh, as a group, you can get a really cheap group travel ticket on the U and S-Bahn.
Reichstag is good, go about 10pm or so to avoid long queues and some good views from the roof. The museum by Check Point Charlie is okay but a bit long-winded and strangely presented in places.

Went to Berlin 4 yrs ago (mainly to **** a German lass I'd met when travelling).
Trip along the river in a boat was good. Other than that, Weissenbier and Reichstag are highlights.

, i was there in 89 when the wall came down, grotty shlotty
, remind me of its proper name , it is doing my head in now, i remember the kudamme and the golden gate
(not a restraunt
) and also the metropol nightclub and the blub water park. ps if you do go into a sex club DONT buy the girl a piccolo, you will get fleeced for about £50. ah happy memories- so i have been told

schlotenberg i was there in 93 and was in last regiment to pull out of berlin. metropol was good and had that great laser show...although the tecno clubs where completly mental.
