Anyone ever been to this?


One of the most surreal experiences i've had in a long time


The village of Benington is brought to an annual standstill by hundreds, if not thousands of people, all in the name of the mighty chilli. Chilli plants, chilli sauce, chilli paste, chilli fridge magnets, chilli themed crockery, chilli food stalls, you name it.

Now i like a bit of chilli as much as the next man, but is there so little to do in Stevenage that the Chilli Festival is a must-do event? Really, really strange.

Massive Chilli fan sounds like a great days eating, **** the crockery and magnets though.

I seem to be adding Wasabi to everything these days, Wasabi and Bacon rolls this morning, ding dong it's like a punch on the hooter
