I'm trying to find out of a specific patent is registered & valid in the UK.

I've found the US one:

esp@cenet — Bibliographic data

But can't for the life of me see if it is valid over here. . . .

it might be registered and you can search here: esp@cenet Advanced Search

but to be honest its feckin useless.

if its registered in the US then it doesnt mean its registered here as worldwide patents are really expensive!
