New glasses, any offers?
As above i need to get a new pair of bins and a eye test as its been a couple of years now. Are there any opticians that have got offers on, like free tests and offers on frames and lenses, as I'm getting a nagging off the missus about my current pair which have been dropped, sat on and are now a little wonky
Cheers in advance

Last time I went to specsavers they had an offer on, 2 for 1 I believe. Think it's on frames over £75 and not sure about extra cost for lenses that aren't single vision (don't know if you need that). If you want your second pair to be sunglasses you might have to pay a bit extra for the second pair, but at least the frame is free.
I think Boots often have similar offers on.

Speccies always have an offer on, man.
I think they get them manufactured in Africa , because last time I was in India, I paid Indian optician shop more than what I usually pay to Alton Murphey in the UK to get my posh-ish pair of reading glasses.
Anyway, I get mine at Specsavers now. Cheap and cheerful, no regrets even if you lose both of them once in two weeks, like I have done sometimes Specsavers have very trendy frames too.
Oh, Specsavers do eye test for 20 quid. They actually show your eyeball insides on the screen Pretty smart stuff
Give them a try, Ronney.

Anyway iv had the cheapest pair from vision express for 5 years ? ( took them back several times for a retune and never been charged ) - dont think youll get 2 for 1 tho

That where I usually get my geps from. Normally from the BOGOF offers but still works out expensive when you buy your first pair and add the anti scratch and anti reflective coats, think it's about £60 on top of the lense and frame for this.
My eye test is about a year overdue, before that 10 years!!!!
But still compared to some of the mingers you vote for on BOTW my vision is ******* great, as is my taste
I think Costco offer reasonable eye tests and have a good choice of frames, also, AFAIK, their lenses come with a hardcoat and reflective coat as standard anyway.
