Ah well, not really a great loss. It used to be interesting watching Needel and Plato race around that North Wales circuit in 2 decent cars, but watching them see how many bags of sugar could fit into a family hatchback was just too dull. Just went stale I suppose - no new ideas, unlike Top Gear which has developed more into a TV show, not just a series of car reviews.

I didnt think it was that bad, not attracting over a million viewers once in the last series, I suppose it wasnt going to last.
I think the worst presenter on it was Tim Lovejoy at the ACE Cafe, that just didnt work

I liked it, It was like TV but not as serious. Something to watch on a Monday night. Its always a pity when one show has no competition (allbeit bad competition), thats where Top gear will be now.

I've hardly watched it for years due to my dislike of VBH, hatred of Jim Lovetoy, and increasing displeasure at their feeble attempts to mimic TG tomfoolery. They should have developed the good presenters they had (Tom, Tiff, and even wooden Plato) and stuck at being casually informative with some fun without all the pointless silliness to try and keep up with Clarkson & Co. If they'd let Jezza do his show and focussed on doing their own they might have got their own niche instead of be pale imitations which are easily ignored and/or forgotten. The Gadget Show is going the same way, with too many presenters trying to out-ego each other, too much stupidity and not enough content and information to hold your interest much beyond checking out how short Suzi's skirt is before switching over. C5 needs new leadership methinks

I am reliably informed that if you see her in just her underwear <shudders> you will see all the 3cm diameter bruises all over her body where she has been shoved away with barge poles!

At least it reviewed everyday cars.
I suppose that was it's downfall - it couldn't decide if it was a sad anorak car show or an entertainment show.
So it became neither.

PS VBH, Yes. Yes I would.

Even Mr OS doesn't bother to Sky+ the Gadget Show anymore. I can't stand the **** with the stupid glasses and the bloke with the made-up voice. And pleeeeeeeaaaase God, don't let VBH onto TG!

Maybe a little but i think it was how they tested everyday cars which was sh1te (example).Tiff some months back tested the golf gti and the Octavia vrs at knockhill i think it was (i watched it on youtube)..Tiff or 5th gear thought lets test/review these 2 cars by driving around the circuit in reverse gear and see which of the two are fastest in reverse..Duhhh what is the point of that i mean it wasn't even a proper test or even entertaining and to me was total pants and a waste of effort, the Octavia won btw.

It was not so bad IMO, although it was going more top gearish, which is not such a bad thing.
Tiff and Plato were enjoyable to watch, every single episode i watched, i used to debate weather or not i would do VBH
The rest of the presenters i did not care for at all to be honest.

I am not surprised that the program got axed. The last series was of really poor standard and I just lost interest, bit like the other 999,999 people.
Btw, that Suzi Perry is on tonight C5 8pm Gadget Show
