Stolen Car
Some low life has nicked my car this afternoon 
a silver Evo VIII registration DV05 KNJ in the Shropshire/Staffordshire area
Please can you all keep an eye out for it

Its a small village Ashley about 10 miles from Newcastle Under Lyme and Market Drayton on the A53
They came into my kitchen (past my dog
) and got the keys while i was helping my disabled sister in law in the bathroom

No comfort but at least no-one,including your mutt was hurt.Anything distinctive about the car as its probably been plated and parked up to see if any tracker has been activated.

Well i've just got part of my car back whoever stole it took it to a quiet lane in Market Drayton and ripped out all the interior panels of the boot and chucked out all the junk that was in the boot too - including an old handbag with £75 quid in it
I've tried to tell the police about it but they haven't bothered to get back in touch so all the bits are in binbags in my garage in case they do want to see it

Gosh, you must be loaded to have an old handbag in the back of your car with £75 in it!

. Really hope you get your pride and joy back but I hate to say this but it might be better if you don't if they're wrecking it. Although saying that the Insurance never covers the value, time & love that we put into our cars really does it!

Just a quick update - the police phoned this evening they have found my car - its currently at a garage in Bootle but not sure what state its in yet

Its almost 3 weeks since the police found my car and i still haven't got it back yet
They think its been used in a robbery, all the windows have been blacked out and there was an axe and crowbars found inside but thats all they will tell me (i only found out so much because they rang to ask me if i'd had the windows done and if the axe and crowbar belonged to me )
The last contact we had from the detective dealing with it was on tuesday when he mentioned that they were deciding if they needed to remove the windows or not
but they wont give me a timescale for getting it back to me and they wont let either me or my insurance company even look at the car
Needless to say i'm now getting very fed up with it all (can't even get a courtesy car as the insurance say they only provide them after an accident and not a theft)
Does anyone know how long they are likely to keep the car or if there is anything i can do to speed them up a bit???
I'm beginning to wish they'd never found it
