Well after £210 in charges over the past 2months that they have applied without my knowledge and waiting 3 weeks for the ****wits to ring me back after numerous calls my bank has agreed to pay a whole £60 yes £60 back to me as thats the maximum they are allowed to do.

When i pointed out that they never sent me notice of these charges, i was told they were sent out with my bank statement, eerrrr no they weren't as i signed up for paperless statements thru online banking many many months ago! Well sir we've been sending you statements? I questioned where are they then and was told maybe it was the Royal Mails fault.

UlsterBank are a shard of ******* and the Carrickfergus branch seem to consist of gormless ****s who I have yet to find helpful or even sound alive when calling them.

Well thats me lost out on £150 then ffs.

LOL bank are like solictors make mistakes - never admit it and you have to pay for their mistakes

Just moved to the Northern Bank myself, today i've been transferring stuff and resetting DD's etc, pure ballache its bound to end up in tears.

I have mixed opinions on the Northern Bank already if you read my other thread regarding if i should complain!
