Seem to recall that Play do use Royal mail on small items. But I also seem to recall on larger items Parcel force is used. For the later they are not effected the same as royal mail.

everytime i've ordered anything off Play.com its always been a complete and utter **** up, their service is only slightly better than forbiddenplanet.com.

My friend is a supervisor for the play.com call centre, they are advised to lie to customers nuff said.

Play.com is defiantly royal mail. Although I have had larger items delivered by 'odd' men, from independent couriers who are not too polite and would be happy to have left your items in the bin rather than knock your door.

Did you accidentally order it two weeks before it was released?
