Impingement of the Shoulder?
Just been to the quacks (followed by an x-ray yesterday) due to a problem with my shoulder.
Dr thinks it's an Impingement - but needs to see the x-ray to be sure.
I've got all the symptoms, and it bloody hurts (when moving).
I know there are some trained ppl on here - do you have any recommendation for exercises or pain killers to stop inflammation?

40 years after putting my shoulder out badly in a car crash I still can't use my arm to say clean the windows. But I think this was just because I buggered up the muscles. Anyway I have a spare
I take it you have had a good look through Google as there seem to be a couple of sensible sites about the condition and exercises?
