What TV do you watch?
By this, I mean what do you sit down and watch rather that sit down and find something to watch?
For me, well not that much really:
Autumn Watch
Around the world in 80 days
James May toy stories
X Factor
Strictly - I'm confident in my sexuality to say this
Obviously there are others such as Top gear, F1 and Motogp, but as they are not being shown at the moment, I'm not watching them.
Mainly BBC with a bit of Saturday trash thrown in.

Top Gear, Waking the Dead, one-off dramas if they look good, one off special interest programmes if they're covering a subject I'm interested in. Other than that, hardly at all.

Generation kill, True Blood, Top Gear when it's on...
I'd quite like to get Sky again instead of my Freesat box (which takes it upon itself to decide whether or not to record something) but for the amount of TV I watch, I just can't justify the cost.

I don't think I watch anything as it's actually broadcast any more but my box is currently set to record:
James May's Toy Stories
Spooks
Andrew Marr's The Making Of Modern Britain
X-Machines
The Detonators
A Question Of Sport
Strictly (I fast forward Brucie out )
The X Factor
The Xtra Factor
The Gadget Show (I fast forward through all the irritating bits in between the actual gadgets )
Other than that I mainly sit down to watch motorsport or documentaries, stuff about the military or history are my favourites. I just watched 'Wartime London With Harry Harris', that was interesting.
Unfortunately I never seem to find the time to catch up with my recordings so the box seems to hover around the 50% full mark permanently.
And just for the record Soaps are banned from my TV, in fact it's about time that someone made a Sky+ box chip that eliminated them all from the guide

My SKY+ is mostly full of kids shows so I find I actually have to watch things I record.
Series Links for me & the wife (in no particular order):

Fringe
Wheeler Dealers
Top Gear
F1 + Moto GP
Flash Forward
The Gadget Show
Mock The Week (Missed loads of these)
F Word
Come Dine With Me
Panorama / ITV Tonight / Dispatches etc
Traffic Cops
Location Location
J Ross
The only thing I watch live anymore is football and that's only because I watch it on my PC

Sky 410,411,413 and Dave for the WRC, BBC for the Top Gear, & Fifth gear 'cos I'm trying to finish my anger management course..... Horizon if it's interesting (!).
Usually just use it as a large HD monitor for the HTPC..... no dodgy downloads (?).
dunx
P.S. Dunx also expresses an interest in the weather forecast(ers)

To be honest I do not sit down religiously to watch 'my shows' I just record 'stuff' that might be interesting and then I hope that I migt have the time to sit and watch some if it.
My box is full of things and I mean FULL, yet I never watch any of it!
The kids get the full benefit of my 46'' Samsung, however Playhouse Disney doesnt really do it justice
