on Saturday i was following a learner and at a roundabout the learner just broke for no reason there was no cars on the roundabout so i stopped but broke hard but i definitely did not hit the instructors car. The instructor got out saying i had run into the back off her car so i looked at my car not even a scratch and the same on hers had a rely good look but could not see any sine off damage. We exchanged info and she said she would be in touch i did not admit anything so what do i do now?

Defo a good move to take pictures - might even be worth taking a dated picture of your car now just to prove that there's no damage to yours.
Just to give you some optimism though, I had someone run into the back of me a few weeks ago. Called my insurance co the morning after, and then had a call from his insurance company saying that they were satisfied it was his fault and were accepting liability. So there are some honest people out there
