Default Mens Health Magazine

Is there anything more heterosexual than a magazine full of handsome chaps with rippling torso's and diet tips.....

i find it beats actually going to the gym

apparently if you stare at the trim bodies long enough you get fitter without having to get out of the chair

I bought a copy for the first time in years recently and, tbh, thought it has gone really downhill. It just doesn't have the substance it used to have and nearly every so called exercise or diet plan was a rehash of stuff they printed years ago. There were literally tones and tones of adverts and inserts and little of interest or use. Even more annoyingly the articles that supposidly relate to the slogans on the front were usually not even close to delivering on the promise. For example, "gain 5 lean lbs in a week" and the corresponding article was basically saying, "eat well and do heavy weights". I mean, ffs, 99% of the readership 'know' that.....where's the 'so-called' secret? What's different from anything they've said before that will allow readers to gain 5 lean lbs in a week.

I used to subscribe to this and it is obvious that there is a pattern of repetition in their material. The so-called "theme" running through, say January's edition, will be the same "theme" as that which ran though the previous January's edition, and so forth for each corresponding month of the year.

Where's the section which tells young dad's who can't get to a gym because they're too busy looking after their kids, or can't afford the super expensive supplements and nutrition because they're running a family, how to look just like the cover model?

Hodgy, if I stare at breast in Nuts and Zoo will it have the same effect as staring at trim bodies in MH?
