On my way to work going through Billericay 9am this morning.
Blue Range Rover with magnetic blue light on roof. Private no plate, ADW 4.
Man sitting inside with white shirt and epaulettes. I assume this is a police one? Looks like police are getting posh around here! Anyone any ideas?????
