I don't know about you people, but over the years I have met several normally straight girls, who after a few drinks have admitted that they would gladly spend the odd night of passion with another attractive woman. Of course, the circumstances would need to be right (a bit drunk, away from other nosey friends/family etc.), but they would certainly go through with it, and I can think of a fair few who have actually done so. Even some of those girls who would never actually sleep with another woman often lark about with a bit of drunken touchy-feely "foreplay" with their female friends such as holding hands and having the odd smooch for the camera-phone brigade in bars and clubs.

The vast majority of straight blokes just don't do this, do they?

It seems that many women are very open-minded about their sexuality and can appreciate the female form in a way that the majority of men like myself could never contemplate of our own sex.

What do you lot think?

I'll admit though, I know a lot of girls that "flirt" with their fellow mates.
I doubt they'd bed each other though - at least not the ones I know.

Girls in general seem to be more touchy feely, they are more likely to even link arms when walking down the street and this is just accepted as the norm

I have had quite a few women who, when starting a relationship with me, have said that an attractive woman would interest them in an adventerous way.

I also have to say, once they have 'experienced' me they lose all desire to seek out the attentions of a beautiful woman ...... I do wonder whether their interest in other women re-surfaces once they move on from my expert hands.

So, I would ask yourself this ... "Why would women while with you, desire the intimacy of another woman?"

Girls are more touchy-feely with each other because they are women, and are generally better looking than men. If I was a female, I'd want to touch/kiss another woman too.

However, gay men like to show/proove they are gay. Almost biting each others face off in public, or camping it up like Alan Carr. "Look at me, I'm gay" kind of thing. There are a couple Lesbians living in the same development as me. Apart from one of them having short spikey hair, you'd never know. Certainly not her Girlfriend, who just looks and acts like any other female.

They usually behave that way because they like to tease men, and in the long run leve them falling at their feet. I imagine that every straight woman is guilty of a bit of a fumble at some point.

Then there are women who just enjoy the company of a female, and find the 'not having to try' like you do with a man, they may not be done with men, more like, having a break Iyswim?

Then there are actual lesbians. They behave that way because that is who they are. They don't kiss in public for a reaction, they are simply sharing a moment with their partner.

I simply feel that men, be it gay straight or bi, know that us women will not be fooled by all the pretend flirting with each other. It doesn't tease us, or turn us on, or leave us 'gagging for it'. We understand that a gay man is simply that.
They cannot be and will not be 'turned', like some men feel they can with a gay woman.
Women don't see it as a challenge. That is why men don't act up like that with their straight mates. If you thought it would help you get laid i'm sure you'd give you mates *** a bit of a squeeze, and tell the ladies you like a bit of the other! lol

My missus has told me that she would quite like to test the water, and if she was not with me, she would have had a bit of a "dabble"

She would also be up for a 3 some, but we both agreed it will more then likely end up in a disaster, so the idea was shelved, its not really fair either imo as it would have to be 2 women + me, no fooken way i would ever go anywhere near some other blokes tadger, i would probably spew up

I personaly know two, both of them are pretty "man`ish" to be honest

One of them is in a relationship with a normal lass, with her being so "man like" and her partner being so "normal like" it is almost like a normal relationship.

The other one who i know much better never seams to be in a relationship, she can never find "the one" but i suspect that might be because she is HUUGE, like really massive, needs to lose some weight fast and the gastric band idea has been mentioned a few times, i have only known her for about 5 years, so i don't really know her back story, but i do wonder if she gave up on men because nobody was intrested, and started on women with a kinda "i am the only gay in the village" attitude.

I agree a threesome is a wonderful idea, but not when in a long term relationship.

I have dabbled with a female in the past, but I am far from a lesbian, more curious than anything else. Didn't particularly interest me, and I have to say that a threesome for me would HAVE to have two men.

Tel, I am sorry, about the thread killing issue. I just felt that things needed to be cleared up a little.

Personally I think that men are far more gay physically. a fair few (but not all) gay men dress rather flamboyantly, with star spangled belts and hair that looks like it has taken 3 hours to prepare and fix!
They smell like they have been spraying all the testers in the boots fragrance section , and they probably own severat items of clothing by Vivienne Westwood (yes she is a Gay ikon and you know who you are).

Gay women however, usually look the same as straight women. Yes we have the exceptions of what we could refer to as 'dykes' but then we have to think that many straight women like to dress rather manly with they boyfriend jeans and short hair.

BUT, on a larger scale, I find homosexual men a lot more 'gay' than homosexual women.
