Default Anti X factor xmas No1 campaign....

This seems to gathering pace, and that idiot Cowell pours a gallon of petrol on it buy talking about on his show

The haters must be laughing thier tats off!

In case you have been in a cave, and/or GAF , the record in question, and cowells comments nicely mixed in are below, but you have to endure a bit of scott mills / zane lowe handover...

BBC iPlayer Console - Zane Lowe: Zane Lowe Vs The People

great record though...

Ok so you've got Simon Cowells Christmas Crap record for kids/teenagers as thats his market against Rage Against the Machine, the band for the man who is too young to be middleaged but too old to be young and still wants to be thought of as cool.

No winners just losers in this fight imo.

I've a friend who loves RATM, he's in his 30's balding and fat, I'd rather be a teenager listening to pop to be honest.

Surely most of the RATM fans are 30+?

I'm with Cowell on this, though he should have gracefully kept his trap shut. It's all a bit spitefull and immature, if not amusing.

jamz3k....your'e pigeonholing a bit there with your assesment of RATM fans. So he's fat and bald??? probably got more inbetweetween his ears than you, judging by your assesment and preference for teenage pop.

That debut RATM album has got to be one of favourite albums of all time, I am 31 now, going bald but not fat

I am 14 when it was released in 92, great angry soundtrack for my teenage years!

He's a tool and an IT guy, in other words an average RATM fan.

I hate Pop music i must say but its the lesser of two evils, least pop doesn't think its anything more than pop.

There you go, gathering pace!

I still don't think it will even make a dent into the X factor single. If if it makes it into the top 10 I'll show my **** on the town hall steps.

It's not my fault that the taxi I ordered from a nightclub in Gothenburg, back in '89 turned up at 11.59 PM.

The blonde and brunette birds I'd been working all night were in tears!

Cowell is in this to make money and is scared that maybe his money making machine wont run to plan.

He just exploits these people for his short term gain and dumps them, at least bands like RATM have the talent to write their own songs and dont do world wide tours pretending to sing to over dubs whilst standing on stage or buried amongest scores of dancers trying to pretend they can sing.
