Default Wii fit plus

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, looking for a bargain.

I managed to pick up a brand new Nintendo Wii (mate won it, didn't want it, I did so sold me it for £100) as mine and Mrs C_o_b's xmas pressy to each other.

But now I want another bargain... the new Wii fit plus board/game. Most places I've seen are selling them for around £90, Asda were doing them for £69.71 until they ran out of stock.

So does anyone know anywhere they're cheekily on sale, shop or interweb not fussed (I'm Googling as I type this).

Ta muchly

I got the WII fit Balance Board and game for £49 from Sainsburys and i will get the Wii fit plus game for about £16 from somewhere. They are selling the balance board with the old game to cheap to make way for the Wii fit plus. Definitely saving money and you get both games, bargain

Try Hot Deals, i got mine about 2 weeks ago

So is the board the same for both games then? As I thought that it would be a "new improved" board for the Wii fit plus and was gonna get it as a package.

If I could just buy the board from the old and the game from the new...

Can't help you with prices - our Wii and Wii Fit haven't been used since the summer - if I flogged them I doubt anyone in the house would notice. At the time, wifey and daughter seem to think the Wii was more important than breathing!

Don't forget to film the Mrs doing the Hula Hoop challenge in skimpy shorts - its all the rage apparently.

The board is identical, just bundled with the plus version. If you go for the board with the original game then buy the plus game seperatley you get more for your money. Everything is compatible. if you look at some of the reviews you will see what i mean. It might take a bit of phone calling but it is definitely worth it

The new bundle is just a rip off as it is, good luck

Its just clever marketing..................well, for those that are thick

If you are making calls you may have to ask them to check shelves for stock. I was told one price, then i asked her to check the price and it was less then the shelf price. They often dont know that the old stock is reduced so you must get them to check the price

The Saturday staff are not as clever as the weekday ones

I had a cafuffle with Asda yesterday. Me and Nat went in on Thursday when I saw they were selling the Fit plus board/game for £69.71. None in stock which was fair does. They claimed to get a load more in for yesterday which tied in well with our Xmas food shop... Went in but they had suddenly decided they didn;t know what came in on deliveries I complained about the retard behind the counter and what min wage gets you now (Felt a **** afterwards considering I'm on about 1/2 the minimum wage ).

So given up on Asda but that was before I knew all the above Ms Squares.

Well if the retard was that bad on a Friday imagine what he would be like on a Saturday

found this too, might be worth a look at...

Wii jOG £6.95 with voucher + Free Delivery @ Zavvi - HotUKDeals Forum

Hope you get sorted. If you persevere you will find. Nothing feels worse than taking the short cut only to find you missed the deal of the century, xmas is expensive enough

Let us know how you get on
