Jolly Green Monster 2

I have just bought a secondhand trailer, it is an old old Plant Trailer and is rather heavy duty running a single axel.

The tyres are shot, I wanted to buy two new wheels and tyres and use one of the old ones as a spare. Problem is I cannot find any wheels with the same stud pattern. The wheels off my other trailer don't fit, and the wheels sold in Halfords don't fit, they all have a slightly further apart stud pattern but still 4 studs.
The axel is definitly a trailer unit and no borrowed from a mini etc...

The wheels on the trailer are 10inch and annoyingly the sizes have worn off but I would hazard a very rough guess at 115wide and about 70profile.

I can go into a tyre place and get the tyre sizes measured and two new tyres but that still leave me with no spare.

I am sure the wheels are a standard size just an old standard as the trailer is probably early 80's maybe even 70's.

Anyone come accross the problem before...

Or any tyre fitters or trailer specialists have any advise.
