Default Neutral Feedback on Ebay, is it bad?

What are your thoughts on neutral feedback if you were buying selling to someone?

Basically sold a model impreza to a guy in Greece, the advert stated UK only but he wanted it and was willing to pay extra. I told him that the chances of it getting wrecked were high due to distance and on his head be it. Well it arrived damaged and he's left me neutral feedback!

Not particularly happy.

To be honest unless you are looking to make your fortune on piratebay (never gonna happen) I wouldn't give a f*ck.
But on a personal note you might want to find him and give him a slap!

Negative would be bad - insinuating it's your fault it;s damaged.

Neutral - He's not happy (understandably), but he's not blaming you.

That's how i read it.
