I ordered a T-Shirt from the SWRT site and received it yesterday. On inspection it was faulty, so I phoned them this morning to see if I can arrange an exchange, but was told that all they will do is credit the value of it back to my credit card. If I want to get a replacement T-Shirt, I will have to place a separate order (and then pay P&P again).
I'm gonna put a letter in with the shirt when I send it back to say that my preference is for an exchange rather than a refund, but anybody know what I am entitled to?
The terms and conditions on their site mention that they do have an Exchange policy, but the wording makes it sound more like it is for if you have bought things and decided you didn't want them, rather than if the goods are faulty.
