Basic question...Wht does two slashes next to each other mean...for example
3.6//18
___________ X 13
3.6//18=5.2
Its for working out resistance in a circuit piece of course work, i have found some formulas i need online, and it has double slash in it but i have no idea what it means?

What is more worrying is that this is coursework. which means it is under instruction, which ultimately means the OP "should" know the answer himself.
QED
I wish i could have posted up all my HNC questions and got them answered by other people !!! lol

Yes but could we ever remember everything about the various educational courses we have done in the past? When you couldn't you had to find the answer somewhere and thats what he was doing.
I bet he won't forget it now!

I was at work so didn't see if anything happened - what's wrong with questioning my spelling and saying someone is on an ignore list?? Both were factual .............. oh, well .........
