BBC News - 'Nose blow' driver case dropped
about fecking time, what a waste of Poilce, CPS and court time preparing for this travesty.
Mr Mancini, from Prestwick, told BBC Radio Scotland's Newsdrive programme that he was "glad common sense had prevailed".
He added: "I think the authorities need to learn a little bit of common sense and worry about more important things."
It goes to show it is worth standing up and fighting your corner if you think you are right - as i also found out with the DVLA.
