Question Video broadcasts question.

MODS - Please keep this in NSR for a while as it gets magnitudes of order more hits than Computer Related.

Situation:
Need to make live broadcasts to North America with both video and Audio (May need to also include Asia Pacific / Australia in next 12 Months)
Network must include two way communication.

Target:
Setup computer systems to allow high quality audio / video transmissions over the internet that can be secured for corporate privicy

Current setup is MS Vista Network with high speed broadband.
Plan is to set up a dedicated room with audio & video linked to a MAC &/or PC to allow training sessions to be delivered.

The hardware isn't a problem - It's the best way to achieve the link that I'm not sure about.

Can't afford a dedicated link and can't work with a network that has massive lag/latency.

This is my first foray into this area so please bear that in mind.

So - To summarise:
What is the best mix of quality / price route for Transatlantic two way Audio Video conferencing?
Small Business UK Based

Thanks

What size are your audiences and do you have any audio visual/video conferencing/streaming infrastructure?
