on my quest for the perfect burger, I think I may have found it. I made this yesterday.

BBQ grilled fresh ground mince, in a toasted bun with mayo, mustard, ketchup, red onion, slice of cheese, lettuce and 2 slices of tomato.
The secret is fresh mince and no filler (eggs, flour, cornflakes etc)
Yum! Yum!

last time I made my own burger, I threw in jalepenos and all sorts into the meat.
I couldnt cook the thing properly, and the outside was overcooked
I really need to learn to cook more!

you have to make a dent in the middle to make sure it cooks nicely.
