Saying that, I was a crack shot 20 years ago in the air cadets. 1" 5 shot grouping with a .303

And I thought I was a pretty good shot with a .22 rifle at 50m?

Would love a go of the his gun though.

My father was a sharpshooter during his national service. He had to shoot out to 1,760 yards using a No4, which is impressive and this is half as far again...!

Some amazing stories like that come back from the front line. Most serving soldiers will have some great stories to tell.
A friend told me about the effectiveness of a 50cal they were using mounted on a vehicle. Terrifying.
