My prediction is a Tory landslide ... only a fool will vote labour or indeed their hardcore minority, the Clegg Effect will have worn off so that just leaves the Tories. Anyone want to bet against me

Going for a hung parliment, nobody in Scotland, Wales or NI will back Cameron or the Tories ever again.

Even Cameron doesn't believe in himself.

I really hope for a hung parliament so that Clegg can do a deal over proportional representation. I truly hate the fact that my vote is meaningless in this Labour stronghold.

To be honest, I'm not even sure I can be bothered to vote this time. Last time around 55% voted Labour, 20% Lib, 15% Con and the rest were loony votes. Just makes it all pointless unless you want Labour.

I've already voted ukip by post. I hate them all, just depends which one I hate the least. Look at Europe at the moment, do you want to be in that mess? I don't.

I would vote for anyone before the main parties.

I'm in a major Tory area, so doesn't really make much difference either.

Was going to vote UKIP and have just rechecked the website as they had not added the policies regarding small business last time i checked.

Looks like a badly rushed copy and paste job, totally unprofessional and when i find words with random numbers in them, it makes me think they are a bunch of no mark halfwits.

My spooling and grammar is not the best, but come on, you want us to let you run the country and you can not even sort a website out?

Its like that stupid Lib Dems leaflett we had delivered, with a photo that looked like it was taken by a webcam, extra pixelated for good measure and then enlarged toooo much to make it look even worse, then slapped on the front cover to show us who our local LibDem moron was, you want to run the country but you can not even sort out a leaflet properly?

FFS i made my own leaflets for work, had them printed out in full doublesided colour, and did not suffer from such utter crapness.

The Labour leaflet was posted twice, the BNP one was hilarious, the local leader looks like satans wife, and the picture on the front could not contain a more "white" family, the kids were ginger for starters, i thought they wanted all the gingers sent back to Scotland

Dont think we even got a Conservative one, so no idea who he is.

no way do we want a hung parliment, the mp's already get paid too much to do little, with that there will be no work done what so ever and we'll end up like the italians.

Labour.

Despite of all the cwrap, Labour have better grip to the current matters than any other party has. Cameron is a f**king disaster, Clegg is just better looking than both Gordon and Cameron. No big deal.

Just to add, I am not interested in arguing. So please save your energy to go to the booth, and cast your vote.

Good luck and all.

Labour cannot be trusted -they never could . They have a separate agenda , started with that pipe smoking buffon Wilson.Just look at the disaster RUDD has made in Australia and Brown .Who can really want this man back for another 5 years . Even his own party don't want him!
Liberals cannot form a working government and I have never had a job Clegg so no thanks.
Conservatives Appear to be the best from a motley bunch for me. They will have to be brutal to put right the disaster Labour have caused

Labour have sold this country into debt. They have given this ridiculous veneer of prosperity with no substance whatsoever. We cannot afford another Labour government, and whoever comes in next will have to put in place the same God awful policies the Tories had to the last time they were in power while sorting out the previous Labour governments screw ups

Propertional representation simply puts the power in the hands of the people who polled the LEAST votes and as correctly stated above will simply put this Country in the even worse mess Italy is in.

Put it this way: Labour are so desparate to hang on to power they have shifted boundaries such that they could poll less votes and still have a majority in Parliament... they simply cannot be trusted.

You might think that it all looked good under NL but you have to realise that as Chancellor he overborrowed for nearly the whole time since 2001 which made the economy look far better than it really was and has now resulted in in being in such a bad way that we are probably pretty close to the Greek position. He was also partly responsible for the recession because he did not control the bankers so they were able to make themselves piles of cash while putting the world economy in recession as well.

Historically the Conservatives are the only party which has dragged this country's economy out of the hole that Labour have always left it! They are also the only ones who have supported our country.

We are in this mess because of Brown's actions taken when he was chancellor. For that sole reason he needs to be removed.

Strategically, that means voting for the party most likely to win, so sorry to say it but my vote this year was purely strategic; Tory. Its the best bet to get Labour out. Plus some of of the lib dem's policies are somewhat suspect. Although proportional representation would be a good move, as I live in a Labour stronghold which makes my vote almost worthless.

I too remember life under the last conservative government

As I recall;
They didn't roll over, accept abd impose every stupid euro ruling upon us.
They didn't go blithely dragging us into an unnecessary war on the coat-tails of some redneck oil baron.
They didn't tax the working population 'until the pips squeaked', in order to finance a bloated civil service, or a parasite ridden welfare system.
They didn't open the immigration floodgates in some massive multi-cultural social engineering experiment.

But, funnily enough, they did pull the UK's economy out of the massive debt-ridden hole the unions and the last Labour government had left it in. So I would say they do have a better track record in that department than any of the other parties

Having said all that, I'm going to be voting for our independent candidate, because;
He's local, and has fought our town's corner from various positions for many years.
The candidate the Tories have shipped in from elsewhere to replace our retiring MP strikes me as being a line-toeing toady.
I have it on good authourity, from several people whose opinions I respect, that the Lib Dem candidate is a clown.
The Labour candidate is hopefully going to lose his deposit.

As well as terrible financial management (whilst telling the easily placated that he was 'a steady hand on the wheel') you have to consider the growing state and loss of personal liberty and the mass unchecked third world immigration.

the banking issue started in the US, the UK banks invest off the US banks

As for the Tories, either you are on a wind-up or you are as blinkered as they are and you must be if all you can go on about is the countrys debt
most people live beyond their means but they do nothing about it but if 'the countrys debt' gets a mention its the most important thing in the world

80s - p!ss poor schools, poor hospitals, mining, mass unemployment (on news every single night), poll tax, interest rate at 16%

I'm a Tory boy in Durham where its completely Labour. Again, pointless but still the cross goes in the box. People died for this right ffs - I'm not goin to waste it 'tactically'.

Anywa. The other parties want rid of page 3! Plus, can't you remember all those great scandals by Tory ministers caught by the News of the World's of the past? Prostitutes, gay affairs, sex games, drugs.. It was great to read about starchy ministers doin what I do on weekends!
