Not sure if T2G does level 4 quals, best to ask your local FE college or the professional body (if there is one for H&S)

Isn't that the requirement which has done as much as anything to hold back so much of this country?

Yes I was kidding really. There are a good few incidents of course where it has not helped as I am sure you know because of the way it has been applied by people who should know better.

Of course your job has to be done properly, hope you find what you need anyway.

I totally agree with you Les, there are a lot of people working as h&s consultants who have had no experience in the industry that they are now supposed experts . Some have only ever sat in a classroom learning about an industrial environment

yes - interesting, I would imagine that the Tories will gently roll back H&S during their tenure in power

I would also imagine a corresponding increase in work related deaths as well as food poisoning during the same period

Its a matter of people re-learning how to look after themselves again.

well that is easier said than done

how to you protect yourself against the human faeces found in food prepared by a company who has no regard for H&S – and has not been inspected for a few years

all I am saying is rolling back H&S is fine -- you just have to accept more will die as a result

Surely the basic health requirements for such a possibility was in place long before H&S was ever invented.

H&S is a good thing as long as it is applied with a good chunk of common sense to prevent perfectly reasonable events etc to continue without excessive and over expensive requirements.
