For the first time in my life...
... I've woken up with a Prime Minister (whose party) I voted for running the country. Coalitions and Deputy PMs aside, it feels good.
Now lets get Britain back where it should be.

In the past, everytime I voted its always someone else who got in. Be it Local or National. I must admit, its quite a smug feeling.
And for the first time in my living history, my constituency, as well as the neighbouring areas (bar one) has gone from what was once a Labour stronghold to Conservative.
Now, lets sort out the welfare dossers and get some proper control in our country (well, one can at least hope).

For the first time, my vote has counted. As a long time SDP/ Liberal Democrat voter, i'm quite exited about the future. I always wanted a "middle of the road" government, and now we have one.
(My only concern is if it falls apart, and the Tories win a snap election)

We need this country to be taken by the scruff of the neck and to have positive action to sort the mess out.
I just hope he is the man to do it and that he does not get blocked from what he needs to do.

Im with the rest of ya. Happy to see where it takes us.
Unlike some I would rather try change, rather than fearing it, and believing the scaremongering that others try.
Quite happy to eat a slice of humble pie in a few years, but wont save a space for it just yet.
