Wireless TV Aerial transmitters

Hi all
I need to re-arrange my lounge, but where I hope to place the TV is miles away from the aerial socket. So, this means I have to buy 10 meters of coaxial cable and run it around the skirting boards. This will look awful, so was wondering if there was something I could plug into the aerial socket, that transmits the signals to a device that plugs into the tv ?
Im not after one of those devices which allows you to watch sky / dvd's in other rooms, or change tv / sky channels via infra red, just a device, similar to wireless headphones, to prevent me using meters of cable, that sends the signs to the TV.
If there isnt a device to do this, I currently use a Homeplug network device to connect my lounge to my PC upstairs. So, like VOIP, is there a solution to use a homeplug, as the new location for my TV is right next to a plug.
Cheers

Not sure about the wireless but is there scope to put a new aerial socket by the TV and rearrange the cables from outside the lounge? i.e. drill a new aerial cable hole behind where the TV is? (Only really applicable if it is still on an outside wall ...).

Hi
Ive got wooden floors which I cant take up and all the coaxial cables are internal ie. when I rebuilt the house 8 years ago, I ran all the cables inside the walls, etc etc.
So, need either a long cable, or a nifty little device
