Double Posts
Is it a random fault or is it related to OS/Browser combination?
Ive not had a double post yet, running Win7/Opera 10.x and OS X/Opera 10.x

Dunno, had only a couple. Using Win 7 and Firefox. If there is a pause when posting, it would appear that your browser sometimes resends the information thinking that the original transmission was lost.
