Bizarre Justice - With the correct link

This is the link I had tried to post. Guy banged up for manslaughter because he hit his missus with a tv remote. Turns out she had an existing condition that could have been triggered by a turn of the head.

If that's the case then surely he shouldn't have any charges to answer.

Meaning she was an accident just waiting to happen!

A new defense strategy perhaps, m'laud she was going to die anyway! She could have died and fell on someone least I done it in a safe environment
