Personally, I'm not one for the sunshine.

Poor weather really doesn't bother me and I'd rather be too cold than too hot.

Also, my major project right now is in the loft and in this heat I can't work up there. More concerned with heat damaging it.

I'd rather bask in the sunshine, don't do cold and wet if I can help it.

As for polishing the car, T-cut worked fine Saturday afternoon, just one panel at a time, but by Saturday evening tha car was covered in ash/pollen again

Too warm? Whatever makes you say that?

This was the outside temp yesterday with the probe in the sun (top temp, the bottom shows the temp in my kitchen)

So to recap you washed your Alfa Romeo and it is too hot, well be a litle careful not to burn your hands when placing them on the bootlid to push it to the local mechanics to get the water related problems sorted - i am sure you two are on first name terms, maybe your own reserved parking space as well

yes because it bakes on and is a royal pain in the *** to buff off, im sure the rain will arrive soon enough to hamper the nice weather.

The "Met" suggests that it's really warm, in spring LOL. Yeah ok, REAL cold winter, then a spring, which, I am not sure Al Gore knows...lol..shame..is actually warmer than winter.
