1. why is he driving like he is going up mount everest or down a steep slope ??
No race track has that levels of slope![Cuckoo](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/cuckoo.gif)
2. cost far too much and would take about 5 minutes just to get in the damn thing
3. You just know that guy lives at home with his parents![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Thats what I thought. I thought maybe he's on a bike or summat? I assumed it was the 'ring but even so it looked odd. The 2nd effort looked better.
PS - Can the hot *** have hot boobies and be playing the first one but with my face instead of the TV screen?
Ta!

You would have thought so however watching the chaps head and neck it is hardly pushing him back in his seat or really throwing him into the straps on decelleration.
Still it is impressive and i would love to have a go![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I thik i would prefer the ***** option or indeed both the sim and *******!![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Having spent a lot of my life in simulators of one type or another, I was pretty impressed with the way that one was working. The tilting in any of the axes was to give the impression of acceleration and braking as was mentioned and also the lateral G on the corners, If you are concentrating on the screen you would sense the accelerations rather than the tilting. Impossible to give the full impressions but it would go a long way towards extra realism.
I like my driving games and I would certainly enjoy a go on that one. I think you might well need a "honk bag" close at hand until you got used to the motion.

I'm still trying to find out how much it is, then I need to find a way of gently letting the wife down because we're not going on holiday this year... or next

The reason its tilting so much is because the F1 car is pulling so much G. Compare it to the rally car, not moving half as much. (until it crashes!)
The tilting action is to give the sensation of direction change and G forces. If you watch a proper simulator from the outside you will see slow uptilts - the people inside wont notice this and then the rapid down tilt through say 45 degrees gives the sensation of a much higher down tilt - nearer 90 deg.
This kind of gaming simulator does not do that as its a dynamic model rather than a pre written run of commands on something like a theme park type simulator.
But, they are still very effective - esp if you run them in darkness - you cant see the room moving - so all you will see is the screen - which wont seem to move as its at a fixed point - and all you will feel is the movement.
TBH - at £4k its getting into "reasonable" money - last time I saw something similar it was closer to £20k.

Not till now.. ![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
The real super dooper sims are being used by top F1 teams to train their drivers. The latest gen versions are kept well behind closed doors, but they have all sorts of tricky stuff including the ability to run in very high temps and also have the ability to apply load to the drivers body... training their neck and upper body for each track.
